What will I do in this role with South Franklin Circle?

As a Dishwasher, supporting our mission will include the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods.
• Ensures the kitchen and dishwashing areas are maintained as clean, safe and sanitary and are in accordance with County and ODH guidelines.
• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware, and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine.
• Sort and stack clean dishes. Carry clean dishes to cook's line and other proper storage areas. Rewashed soiled dishes before delivering.
• Change dishwasher in dish machine regularly. Sign log with time and date.
• Daily venue assistance - breakfast pots and pans from Crane, dishes and pans from Prep, lunch dishes from Bistro and Crane, dinner pots and pans from Bistro and Crane, and Radius Dinner service in Radius kitchen and prep kitchen

What do I need to be a Dishwasher with South Franklin Circle?

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• ServSafe Food Handler preferred; training will be provided if needed.
• No experience required!
