Job Responsibilities:
As a Behavior Analyst with Momentum, you will:
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Review and analyze data to monitor and evaluate progress
- Provide parent training and supervision to Behavior Technicians/Lead Therapists
- Ensure continuity of care by attending all meetings and appointments related to your caseload
- Maintain open communication with outside providers and report to the Executive Director as needed
- Demonstrate flexibility to work in various settings and adapt to different environments

Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- National certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a BCBA or BCBA-D
- Applied Behavior Analyst license in Rhode Island (LBA)
- Minimum of two years of experience in providing ABA services
- Self-disciplined, reliable, and punctual work ethic
- Professional demeanor with excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Completed RI State Background Check with a clean BCI record
- Valid driver's license and insured/registered vehicle
