Resident Aide/CNA

We are currently offering a $100 hiring bonus (paid out in increments) for this program only!

Compensation:

• $17.00-19.00 depending on CNA certification

Location:

• 426 Mason Dr, Wrenshall MN 55797

Hours of Position:

• Days
• Evenings
• Nights
• Full-time
• Part-time
• 12 Hour Shifts
• Some Shorter Shifts Available

No experience required!

Typical Job Duties:

• Provide routine individualized care to the residents
• Monitor and report changes in resident health status
• Provide personal care, such as bathing
• Provide specialized healthcare, such as administering medications, checking vitals and blood sugars
• Assisting with room cleans and serving meals

Requirements:

• 18 years or older
• Pass a MN DHS Background Study
• Every other weekend rotation is required
• Prefer PCA/CNA experience- you will receive a higher wage if you are CNA certified
