VW Service Manager

Job Summary

Ourisman Subaru Volkswagen of Waldorf is seeking an experienced, motivated and customer service oriented VW Service Manager for a full-time position. The VW Service Manager's primary responsibility is to oversee service operations, ensuring customers are satisfied with their service experience while achieving profitable sales.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Service Department and oversee day to day operations
• Create strategies to increase customer satisfaction
• Set sales, profitability, and customer service targets
• Develop and implement short and long term strategic plans
• Maintain an up to date understanding of products and services offered
• Ensure safety and compliance are met
• Monitor budgets and KPIs
• Lead and motivate staff
• Develop technical and customer service skills

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in Sales, Service, or Automotive Technologies
• Thorough understanding of automotive technologies, services, and products
• Experience leading or managing a service team
• Working knowledge of dealership operations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to drive KPIs, exceed customer satisfaction targets, and motivate staff
