Career Opportunity: Food and Beverage Manager


As a leading figure in our hospitality team, the Food and Beverage Manager plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. We seek an individual with a strong background in beverage operations and a proven ability to thrive in evening work environments.


Salary $55K- $65K


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless management of multiple outlets within a high-standard hospitality environment.
  • Cultivate and execute strategies to elevate the fine dining and beverage experiences for our esteemed clientele.
  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service and uphold our brand's commitment to excellence.
  • Drive operational efficiency and uphold the highest standards for quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the overall dining and beverage operations.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of proven management experience in overseeing a Food & Beverage program.
  • Prior experience working in a luxury hotel or restaurant environment is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Micros Simphony is strongly desired.
  • Extensive knowledge of fine dining, beverage, and exemplary service leadership.
