Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to understand their needs and challenges, and provide suitable solutions
• Go beyond repairs and suggest customer service agreements and HVAC system upgrades that enhance efficiency and comfort
• Have a Can Do attitude, willing to take on new challenges
• Maintain a clean and neatly groomed appearance while projecting a positive attitude toward customers

Job requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a lead technician
• Possession of Section 608 Certification required
• Clean driver's license and clean driving record
• Proficiency in using the internet and willingness to work in a paperless environment
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics
• Skilled in troubleshooting HVAC systems using instructions and guidelines
• Detailed understanding of the refrigeration process when repairing air conditioners
• Basic sheet metal skills
• Must undergo a drug test and criminal record check as part of the hiring process
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
