As Home Owner Association Landscape Maintenance Account Manager for our high-growth client across multiple valley locations in the Phoenix market, you are experienced on:
Relationship building proactively communicating with clients and your team to exceed the clients expectations and needs
Management and Leadership over multiple crews and crew leaders
Project Management Inspecting HOA landscapes for quality, services and site enhancements

Attractive base salary of $65 - $80K + bonus

Your Qualifications:
Consider yourself a grinder - 3+ years of managing a large client portfolio
Experience with Homeowner Association clients property managers and HOA boards
Technology oriented - experience with Aspire considered a plus
