We are seeking an experienced Office Clerk for our automotive office. Collection experience is preferred. Dealership experience is preferred.

Position Summary:


The Office Clerk is essential to efficient processing of dealership paperwork from various departments.

Among your responsibilities as an Office Clerk will be collections and customer service. 

You may also process warranties and deposits, maintain title records, and prepare status reports. It will also be your responsibility to remain current on relevant statutes and regulations. Experience is 


Position Qualifications:


  • Ability to process paperwork for accounting purposes in a timely manner according to company procedures
  • Aptitude for office functions and confidentiality expected
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office systems 
  • Attitude/cooperation: always maintaining a courteous and professional manner with co-workers, customers and public


Essential skills and experience:


  • Ability to multi-task between incoming paperwork while assisting other team members with needed duties
  • Takes appropriate collection action on accounts more than 30 days old
  • Reconciles and deposits all monies received by the dealership
  • Initiative to perform/assist with other positions in accounting or to meet department deadlines
  • Ability to maintain needed filing procedures as instructed
