Job Description:

We are looking for highly skilled Technical Program Managers to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of technical projects, from planning to delivery

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets

- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery

- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders

- Ensure that projects are delivered according to quality standards

- Manage project resources and allocate tasks to team members

- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment for project teams

- Conduct project retrospectives and identify areas for improvement

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management

- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Experience with project management tools and methodologies

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus

- PMP certification is a plus
