Position: Forklift Operator

PAY: $18, + $1.50 shift differential + $500 sign-on bonus opportunity

SHIFT: 3rd shift alternating schedule

Nature's Bakery, a fast-growing national brand of better-for-you snacks, has immediate openings for Forklift Operator. We have openings on second shift and offer 40+ hours per week for regular full-time employees. Interviews and offer decisions are often made on the same day.

As a Forklift Operator, you are an essential worker, Responsible for operating power equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, load, unload, pick, and count merchandise while holding accountability for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle. Responsible for storing incoming merchandise on racking systems and pulling product from the warehouse for shipment to fill customer's orders. You will be able to stay active as you sort and carry our soft-baked bars.

Basic Qualifications:

• Showing up to work on time, basic computer skills, effective memory skills; good hand eye coordination; dependability, ability to follow directions & a strong willingness to learn, and having a positive, can-do attitude are the minimum qualifications for a Forklift Operator role.

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Prefer a minimum of 1 year of experience operating a forklift or reach truck.
