Our Allstate Agency is looking for an enthusiastic, career minded individual to join our growing sales team. We are looking to expand our Life Insurance business.

The Gaudio Insurance Group finished TOP 3 in the Country 2021-2023 . Our team is currently ranked #1 in the Country for 2024. Through our dedicated Training Program we have seen a dramatic increase in sales with new employees joining our team.

TOP PERFORMERS who are self-motivated and coachable will thrive with our enhanced compensation plan. In addition, the opportunity to coach and run your own team is available within 9-12 months with strong performance.

Annual Base Salary + Commission

In addition to the above salary + monthly bonuses, your compensation package includes:

Responsibilities

• Quote and close sales on warm-transfer prospects.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Track Record of selling life insurance and finding assets
• Entrepreneurial mindset

Requirements

• Life Insurance Sales: 1-3 years - Proven track record selling over the phone.
• Strong self-motivation, goal-orientation and a high-energy, positive approach
• Willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Be a great self-starter
• Currently possess a life insurance license
