Short Description:

Audio-Visual Production Specialist, the resource provides all phases of audiovisual production support. The Production Specialist is rounded and experienced in commercial audiovisual systems with the ability to excel under limited supervision.

Complete Description::

The office is responsible for providing core IT services to all organizations within the Department. A single point of contact (SPOC) for reporting, escalating, and resolving issues related to IT services and endpoint hardware for internal workforce is provided through Digital Modernization Customer Support (DMCS). The Department is seeking to identify and obtain Audio-Video Production Specialists who shall provide on-site support, repair, maintenance, design, and installation services for the integrated/installed and mobile audio-visual (AV) systems and equipment at Department's Locations. The services shall comprise of ongoing routine and preventative maintenance services, assessment, repair and replacement services, design, and installation services, meeting support and reporting services rendered under DM/ITCS detailed within this SOW.

  • Establishing methodologies for streaming Board Meetings via YouTube or other streaming services.
  • Recommendations to enhance audio and video capture quality.
  • Editing of short-,medium- and long-form content capture to be used by communications teams in meetings, posted on social media, or used during live events.
  • Recommendations to enhance the ability to produce content supporting organization mission, including recommendations to generate production calendars, and conduct meetings to establish production priorities.
  • Staff shall possess the necessary experience, certifications, and competencies to maintain the installed systems, conduct proactive system tests, develop fail over plans with staff, and provide primary problem determination and resolution tasks.
  • Perform videographer duties for Electronic Field Productions (EFP).
  • Use a variety of camera equipment to capture still and video images.
  • Assemble raw footage and transfer it to a digital production system.
  • Follow a script, storyboard, or brief from the client.
  • Input sound to enhance footage which may include selecting music and wiring voice overs.
  • Digitally splice film and video and synchronize into one file.
  • Improve and correct lighting, coloring, and faulty footage as needed to maximize value.
  • Work closely with client directors to present a final product that matches the storyboard.
  • Assist in the livestreaming of Board Meetings and events to YouTube.
  • Familiarity of Creston Audio Visual System
