BACKGROUND

The Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC), was created by and for members and operates as a member-owned 501(c)(6), not-for-profit entity. FS-ISAC serves as a bi-directional information and intelligence organization leading the financial services sector efforts to protect against and mitigate cyber and physical threats and incidents against member financial firms


POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a self-motivated and charismatic LATAM region - Inside Sales Representative to join the business development team. The candidate will report to the VP of Membership Development and will work closely with the Regional Director- LATAM. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and demonstrates the ability to produce outstanding business communications across languages, utilize interpersonal skills to speak with C-suite executives, manage many priorities, and work well independently and with the team. You must enjoy engaging with people and spending time with research projects and data equally. The successful candidate should be personable and available to build an instant rapport, have excellent active listening skills to address prospect or member hesitancies and have internal competitiveness that wants to beat targets. This position is critical to the success of business development and the growth of FS-ISAC. 


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

 

  • Translation of documents, communications, and meetings in real-time (English, Spanish)
  • Build trusted relationships with prospects.
  • Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce, accurately represent forecasting.
  • Schedule sales calls, keep relevant notes and activities in Salesforce.
  • Organize events and the processes involved.
  • Participate in business development meetings, and support the team as needed.
  • Use Salesforce and DocuSign daily to support sending sales orders.
  • Identify potential problems; communicate to manager or team and/or elevate issues properly.
  • Support the conduct of meetings and sales presentations in Spanish

 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS


  • Use Salesforce to manage sales cycle; Microsoft Office 365 products experience.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with sales targets.
  • Demonstrate business acumen, and follow sales process to predict revenue accurately.
  • Proven business writing skills, ability to clearly articulate FS-ISAC brand and value.
  • Be an active listener and speak clearly when working with colleagues, members, and prospects.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE


  • 3+ years of professional experience utilizing English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • College degree or 2-4 years documented work experience in the field of business or sales.
  • Past work experience and knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft 365.
  • Background in the financial services sector desirable, but not necessary.

This position can be remote, or hybrid based out of our Reston Headquarters with a office/work-from-home schedule.
