In the heart of Springfield, PA, our esteemed Country Club seeks a Restaurant Manager with a passion for excellence in culinary service and an eye for detail. This pivotal role encompasses oversight of all restaurant operationsfrom meticulous set-up and exquisite food presentation to seamless service and post-event clean-up. The Restaurant Manager is tasked with upholding our high standards of quality and customer service, ensuring every dining experience is memorable. This position will work in the evening, overseeing the afternoon and dinner time periods.

Restaurant Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service, engaging with guests and colleagues warmly and professionally.
• The Restaurant Manager will maintain diligent communication, meeting and exceeding guest expectations at every turn.
• Proactively address any guest dissatisfaction, ensuring every patron leaves satisfied.
• Coordinate effectively with culinary and service teams to deliver a harmonious dining experience.
• Ensure readiness and organization ahead of scheduled events as detailed on Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• The Restaurant Manager Oversees the aesthetic aspects of dining, including table settings and cleanliness, to uphold an environment of luxury and comfort.
• Supervise service flow to guarantee a dining experience that is both seamless and sophisticated.
• The restaurant Manager will lead post-function clean-up efforts, maintaining pristine back-of-house and storage areas.
• Direct and develop staff, implementing training programs to enhance skills and ensure adherence to operating procedures.
• Conduct regular team meetings, fostering a culture of open communication and continuous improvement.
• Ensure payroll processes align with club policies, managing team hours efficiently.

Restaurant Manager Ideal Candidate Profile:

• A degree in Hospitality or Business Management is preferred.
• Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including preparation techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to forge positive relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure, managing both team and guest expectations with diplomacy.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work late night closing shift.
