In this key position as Office Manager, you will be responsible for workflow management while
simultaneously delivering superior client service. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on
creating and maintaining operational efficiencies, is self-driven and motivated, and possesses an
understanding of business operations.


Responsibilities include:


 Overseeing the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines
and company standards
 Helping to keep projects organized and on track
 Identifying office workflow inefficiencies and developing and implementing solutions to address
them
 Assisting with customer support - troubleshooting issues and collecting information to help the

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

 High level of integrity and discernment
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Ability to maintain confidentiality
 Comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and responsiveness
 Possess effective prioritization, organizational, and time management skills
