Service Lane Greeter

Join the team at Wilson County Motors as a Service Lane Greeter! In this role, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes customers arriving for vehicle service, records essential vehicle information, assists with basic inquiries, and ensures a smooth transition for both the customer and their vehicle to the service area.

Job Summary:

• Greeting customers arriving for service with warmth and friendliness.
• Capturing and documenting essential customer and vehicle information.
• Addressing basic customer inquiries.
• Topping up windshield washer fluid in customers' vehicles.
• Safely driving customer vehicles to and from the service area.
• Adapting to various weather conditions.
• Comfortably standing and walking for extended periods.
• Fulfilling other assigned tasks.

Required Skills & Abilities:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Records review (MVR), drug test, and background check.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality work.
• Friendly and personable with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical capability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
