Front of House Lead

Taliesin Preservation of Spring Green, WI is looking to hire a Front of House Lead to join our team at Taliesin. This position works alongside the participants in our Culinary Work Study program. This seasonal position pays an hourly rate of $20.00 over a flexible, 24-32 hour workweek from April 1 through November 30.

ABOUT TALIESIN PRESERVATION

As stewards of the Frank Lloyd Wright Visitor Center, our dual mission is to preserve the cultural, built, and natural environments that comprise the Taliesin property and to conduct educational and cultural programs that provide a greater understanding of his architecture and ideas. We are different from other historic sites because we are not satisfied with just being a museum. We want the estate to stay filled with life.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD

• Previous restaurant experience.
• A love for food, ingredients, and hard work in a creative team.
• Ability to communicate and be a positive team member.
  

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a seasonal position from April 1 through November 30 and has a 24-32 hour per week schedule. In season, we are a seven-day-a-week operation, and this position would require flexibility and a willingness to work weekends. The café operates from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm daily.
