A typical day for our Hair Stylist…

As an NFC Amenity Hair Stylist, you get to work at some of the most exclusive addresses in the area, where you will provide top-notch hair services in a residential or hotel environment. As an NFC stylist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a range of hair services, tailored to the unique needs and preferences of our guests.

Ultimately, your priority is to create a memorable and indulgent experience that leaves our residents and guests feeling pampered.

Here are just a few other responsibilities you will have throughout your day:

• Fulfill hair services assigned to you, according to your certification and expertise, in accordance with the spa's standards of excellence.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations with residents and guests to understand their specific needs and preferences.
• Perform hair services with precision, skill, and a focus on guest comfort.
• Educate guests about our services and recommend additional treatments and products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting service area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-stocked and sanitized.
• Promote recurring appointments.
• Stay informed about the latest hair techniques, products, and trends to deliver the highest level of service.
• Collaborate with other spa team members to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
• Adhere to all spa policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Responds quickly to emergencies and report incidents to management.
• Maintain valid state cosmetology salon stylist license.
• Look sharp in your assigned uniform.
• Enjoy interacting with the residents and guests.

We are looking for a candidate who works well by themselves and enjoys a fast-paced environment. Making eye contact and being welcoming is a must! All necessary licenses and certifications are REQUIRED.
