We also work collaboratively with Am Law 100 law firms in roles ranging from co-counsel to consulting and testifying expert witnesses and have appeared in state and federal courts throughout the United States.

Redgrave LLP is seeking talented attorneys in all our offices and/or to work remotely. We are adding qualified and talented attorneys to meet the increasing demands of our clients. The work will be for regional, national, and global clients providing practical, innovative, and cost-effective solutions in the eDiscovery, information governance, and data privacy service markets.

Candidates should have five (5) years of experience practicing law and a demonstrated interest in eDiscovery, information governance, and privacy. We are looking for strong candidates who have:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least five (5) years of litigation experience including drafting letters, briefs, pleadings, memos, and other client deliverables that meet the Firm's expectations with regards to work product quality given the level of experience and complexity of deliverable.
  • Must have experience with arguing motions, witness interviews, drafting discovery requests, and related litigation experience.
  • Must have a demonstrated interest in the information governance, data privacy and cybersecurity service markets
  • Admission to the bar in a least one of the following jurisdictions: California, Illinois, Minnesota, Virginia, and Washington, DC

  • Excellent, effective, and persuasive written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Experience working in and with remote teams.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to manage a fast-paced workload while maintaining priorities and anticipating issues.
  • The motivation to learn and understand technology and findings, effectively discuss those issues with technically skilled individuals, and convey findings for people without technology experience.
  • Good judgment and the ability to apply legal knowledge to problem solve by developing practical business solutions.
  • The commitment and interpersonal skills to succeed in a collaborative and team environment.
