What are we hiring for? ATG has built a great team and we want to add to that team by bringing on a Part time Office Coordinator.

The role is based in Mid Town Omaha, Nebraska and will work part time in the office (15-20 hours a week). This role will report to the Senior Director of Human Resources.

What will you be doing?

  • Responsible for processing daily mail and coordinate FedEx shipments
  • Support the Senior Director of Human Resources and the HR team with various tasks and projects
  • Create monthly postings for virtual employee engagement activities along with birthdays and anniversaries
  • Assist in coordination and planning of company events
  • Draft employee communications
  • Order office supplies as needed
  • Serve as an active participant on the Environmental Social Governance (ESG) committee and assist with ESG committee tasks
  • Assist with administrative duties, scheduling and other related projects and tasks as needed
