About Hollywood Park

Hollywood Park, a near 300-acre sports and entertainment destination, is being developed by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke with the 70,000-seat SoFi Stadium as its centerpiece. Hollywood Park is the largest urban mixed-use mega development under construction in the Western United States. When complete, Hollywood Park will have up to 2,500 residences, a hotel, a retail district reaching up to 890,000 square feet, up to 5 million square feet of office space, and more than 25-acres of public parks and open space. Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Premium Sales, the Premium Sales Manager will be responsible for
generating revenue around a number of different premium products including multi-year suite leases, as
well as event suite rentals for all non-NFL events at SoFi Stadium and Performance Venue. The overall
responsibility includes, but isn't limited to, working with the leadership team on strategy, C-level
prospecting, and utilizing the world class SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park District to conduct face-to-
face sales meetings with senior decision makers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sells multi-year suite lease agreements to C-Level executives and/or key decision makers of corporations, high net worth individuals via outbound sales calls, face-to-face appointments and virtual presentations
  • Sells multi-year suite leases and VIP package memberships, as well as individual rentals to the 6,000 person YouTube Theater Performance Venue
  • Develop, maintain, and grow book of business for single event suite rentals to all Non-NFL events held at SoFi Stadium including concerts, college football, international soccer, dirt events, and combat sports.
  • Prospect potential new clients via CRM, phone, email, social media, ZoomInfo, and sourced lead lists
  • Aggressive and creative prospecting efforts required
  • Execute and lead sales presentations, both on site within the stadium, virtually, and offsite at prospect locations throughout the Los Angeles and Southern California region
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and future clients to grow prospect pool and increase selling opportunities
  • Develop procedures and programs for outbound suite sales efforts that include prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, data capture and database management
  • Utilizes company CRM system to manage accounts, pipelines, sales process, and activity
  • Create, track, develop and maintain all proposals, research, contracts and follow all suite sales processes
  • Exceed individual sales goals and meeting targets
  • Due to the nature of the Sports & Entertainment business, the candidate must be willing to work non-traditional hours, weekends, and game days.
  • Candidate should possess an optimistic team-first attitude, as well as the competitive desire to be the best.
  • Candidate should possess both the personal and professional communication skills to interface with all levels of a company, both internally and externally.
  • Participate in events, promotions, client entertainment and other activities as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 4+ years sales experience. Prior experience selling six and seven figure suite deals in the sports and entertainment industry is a plus
  • Highly motivated self-starter, with strategic thinking and personal leadership skills
  • Ability to work well in a team selling environment and collaborate with others
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong problem solving skills and general creativity
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to communicate effectively with prospects, customers and internal team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ZoomInfo, Linkedin, and Digital Presentation tools
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including event coverage, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation with ability to travel to offsite client meetings/presentations

Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00

In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Act, compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only. Hollywood Park considers a candidate's education, certification, prior experience, as well as internal and external data when determining the salary level for potential new employees. Only in exceptional circumstances, if an external candidate has the experience, credentials, or expertise far exceeding what is expected for the position, would Hollywood Park consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
