ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
- Provide customer service to tenants and guests, providing information and assistance.
- Conducts scheduled and impromptu cleanliness checks of the facility.
- Distribute room keys and explain the buildings amenities
- Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet building standards and accommodate any special client needs
- Complies with company policies and work rules as described in the company Employee Handbook, the Statement of Work, and the Facility Policies and Procedures Manual.
- Adheres to attendance policies and is available to work any shift to ensure adequate coverage of the program and to ensure the safety and security of the residents.
- Complies with facility safety rules and takes appropriate corrective action to ensure work is performed in a safe manner and without injury to self or others.
- Ensure the safety and security of both tenants or other building occupants and the property
- Maintains composure in highly stressful or adverse situations.
- Conducts self within appropriate and expected professional boundaries and policies.
- Reporting any unusual behavior, conflicts, or recovery deviations to the relevant professionals.
- Maintains confidentiality and earns others’ trust and respect through consistent honesty and professionalism in all interactions.
- Assist with building upkeep and maintenance as needed.
- Models hope, personal responsibility and self-advocacy to demonstrate how recovery goals can be respectfully met and how a belief in self is maintained.
- Receives Maintenace requests, accepts rent and writes receipts.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Ability to grasp, type, see, talk, hear, and lift and carry 50 pounds of weight by utilizing proper lifting techniques and working in a safe manner. This position will also be performing physical activities such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, bending, and handling materials.
