Job Description
PRN Hospital Technician Position Available. This position will be employed by Memorial Hospital and Manor in Bainbridge, GA and would work 16-20 hours a week, which will consist of 12 hour (730A-730P) shifts and 8 hour (730-4pm) shifts. There will also be rotating weekends every 4 weeks.
- Hours: Monday- Friday 7:30am-7:30pm and Saturday/Sunday 7:30am-4pm
- This is not a remote/work-from-home position
- No hospital pharmacy experience required
Job Description:
Assists the pharmacist in providing medication, drug information, and pharmaceutical services to patients, nurses, physicians and other hospital personnel. Receives and stores incoming deliveries of medication and supplies. Demonstrates an ability to calculate figures and amounts relating to dosage calculations when filling various prescriptions ranging from the newborn to the elderly populations. Maintains inventory of supplies in pharmacy and other departments and reorders them accordingly.
