QA/QC Manager

Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years of direct QA/QC Manager experience working on apartments, hospitals, libraries, schools and/or universities in the DMV area ranging 20M+ in size
• Must have experience using Timberline (Sage 300 for Construction and Real Estate)
• Must be fully vaccinated
• Possess an optimistic and positive attitude, must be able to succeed in a deadline-driven environment
• Ability to effectively prioritize, organize and complete assigned work
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels, both internal and external
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

What Is Offered:

• Salary Range: $80,000 - 100,000 commensurate with experience + Up to 10% in an annual discretionary bonus
