Repair Service Operations Manager - Laboratory Equipment - Pontiac, MI Lead Branch Managers, Aftermarket Sales Managers, and Service Managers across multiple branches to implement business strategies and achieve regional goals and objectives. *** Direct and manage Aftermarket & Field Service Operations for multiple branch locations. *** Oversee recruitment and development of direct reporting staff to include Aftermarket Operations Managers, Parts Manager, Master Technician & Trainer, Technical Support Advisor, and Warranty Administrator. *** Develop and improve formal procedures, processes, etc. for the field, shop, and office. *** Establish, track, and maximize operating and support function efficiency and productivity. *** Oversee capabilities assessment of technician team members and develop related training programs. *** Coordinate scheduling, dispatching, billing, warranty submission, and training. *** Oversee operational facility maintenance and manage service vehicle fleet. *** Ensure operations compliance with company and regulatory laws and guidelines, including OSHA, DOT, and other applicable regulations and associations. *** Establish and maintain working relationship with key customers to assist key sales opportunities. Must have experience managing industrial equipment or laboreatory equipment Or instrumentation field service organization operations.
