Fabricator

An automotive parts manufacturer near the Forrest City, AR area is in need of a Fabricator. The ideal candidate will have experience with MIG, TIG, & ARC welding. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401 (K), paid holidays & vacation. Responsibilities: Cutting, bending, & welding materials – based on specifications Determine requirements for fabrication projects - based on drawings & blueprints Experience with fabrications equipment (saws, lathes, drill presses, grinders) Quality checks on finished products (meets quality & safety standards) Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent (metal fabrication certification is a plus) Fabricator experience within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of metal fabrication (techniques, machinery, tools) Ability to read & interpret drawings/blueprints Experience with MIG, TIG, & ARC welding Ability to troubleshoot fabrication process issues Direct applicants only. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 30 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
