Civil Engineer

SALARY: Starting at 65K RELOCATION: No This opportunity is located in both Tampa or Sarasota, Florida. This position is within the division of structural restoration. BENEFITS: Health/dental/vision, 401K, PTO (3 Weeks) Responsibilities: Evaluate existing structures for renovation and assess their condition Prepare detailed reports outlining project requirements and recommendations Develop cost estimates for structural repairs and restoration projects Oversee the renovation process from inception to completion Manage bidding and construction processes Conduct field observations and verification of work progress Maintain close interaction with clients and contractors throughout the project lifecycle Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering Drivers License Proficiency in project management software and tools Ideal Candidate Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and in a team Familiar with any of the following: AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS, Staad.Pro Additional Information: Mileage reimbursement provided; no company vehicle included
