What You Will Do:


Integration Design and Development:

  • Design and develop medical logistics integration scenarios using SAP Process Integration (PI)/Process Orchestration (PO) to facilitate the exchange of data between SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions for new interfaces, collaborating with stakeholders to define interface specifications and ensure alignment with business needs

Interface Development:

  • Develop and configure various types of interfaces, including synchronous and asynchronous communication, file-based interfaces, web services, and other integration patterns.
  • Implement mappings and transformations to ensure data consistency and accuracy during the integration process
     

Adapter Configuration:

  • Configure and maintain communication channels and adapters within SAP PI/PO, ensuring secure and efficient communication between systems.
  • Work with various adapters such as IDoc, RFC, SOAP, REST, JDBC, and others.
  • Lead interface-related change requests, unit testing, integration testing, and implementation of ZMINs (Change requests in SAP)

Monitoring and Troubleshooting:

  • Monitor integration scenarios and interfaces to ensure smooth operation.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues related to message processing, connectivity, and data transformations.
  • Monitor all production interface message flows daily, identify and resolve issues promptly

Performance Optimization:

  • Optimize integration scenarios and configurations for improved performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct performance tuning activities to enhance the overall performance of SAP PI/PO interfaces.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP Basis, SAP ABAP, and functional teams, to ensure successful end-to-end integration.
  • Work with external partners to establish and maintain B2B (business-to-business) integrations.


What You Will Need:

  • Experience with large scale agile approaches such as SAFe
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must possess or be able to quickly obtain a Public Trust and DoD CAC (existing preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 4 years experience as a SAP PI/PO Developer, with expertise in integration design and development
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP PI/PO architecture, components, and configuration, including
  • Proficiency in integration technologies such as XML, XSLT, and SOAP/REST.
  • Experience with various adapters, protocols, and connectivity options in SAP PI/PO.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • SAP PI/PO certifications are a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in the context of integration scenarios.
  • Good understanding of SAP modules and business processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • A+, Network+ or Security+ Certification
The annual salary range for this position is $100,200.00-$150,200.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
