What You Will Do:

The BPA Program Manager (PM) will be responsible for all work performed under a large, technology-focused BPA with multiple concurrent task orders. The PM will be a single point of contact for the BPA must possess expert skills in communication, teamwork, leadership, and motivation.

What You Will Need:

  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  • Extensive knowledge in Federal IT management, strategy, governance, and modernization as well as meet the following requirements:

  • FIFTEEN (15) or more years' combined experience in the following:

    • Strategic Planning and Innovation

    • Enterprise Information Technology

    • Business Intelligence

  • TEN (10) or more years' experience in portfolio, program and project management and leading multi-disciplined teams for medium or large multi-task projects of high complexity

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

  • Ability to effectively manage complex projects that facilitate executive-level decision-making.

  • Proficient using the current version of MS Suite

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • SEVEN (7) or more years' CBP OIT experience

  • FIFTEEN (15) or more years' combined experience in the following:

    • Customer Service Support

    • Experience with CBP, DHS, and its Components

    • Enterprise Architecture Management

    • Enterprise IT Service Management Implementation

    • Enterprise Governance

    • Business Intelligence
