The Administrative Assistant provides clerical and receptionist duties to Fauquier Health’s facilities and plant operations team.

  • Performs a variety of clerical duties to support efficient operations including copying, faxing, and mail distribution.
  • Provides a positive interface with internal and external customers. Receives customers promptly with a courteous, helpful demeanor. Serves as liaison with volunteers, other department staff, vendors, etc.. Provides all levels of support for departmental or special events.
  • Serves as resident expert on department specific software applications and utilizes applications as necessary to accomplish assigned tasks.

Fauquier Health is a 97-bed acute care hospital offering surgical services (including robotics), a 24-hour Emergency Department, extensive medical imaging capabilities, an Intensive Care Unit and much, much more. The Fauquier Health system offers patient care for a variety of specialty services including Orthopedics and Spine, a Cardiac Catheterization Lab, and robotic-assisted surgery. The fourth floor of the hospital is devoted to our Family Birthing Center and Intermediate Care Nursery.

Minimum Education
