ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPETENCIES
@R=at risk for exposure to blood borne pathogens
- Initiate timely appointment, reappointment, and clinical privileging of Medical Staff and Allied Health Professional Staff members.
- Coordinates administrative support services.
- Review and analyze Medical Staff Bylaws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Assist in budget planning process.
- Addresses the various aspects of complaints and insures appropriate level of intervention.

NON- ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES/COMPETENCIES

- Enhance professional growth through continuing education.
- Attend in-services as requested.
- Interface professionally with leaders and administrators all levels of the organization.
- Conduct timely issue follow-up and resolution for physicians, offices and administration.
- Is 100% engaged in every encounter, meeting and interaction and knows the art of maximizing every encounter.
- Conduct database tracking and documentation of all communication, issues and outcomes.
- Maintain high level of energy, professionalism and dress to act the part every day.
- Manages deadlines around all expectations and deliverables.
LOURDES HEALTH NETWORK REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPETENCIES
- Is responsible for becoming knowledgeable and compliant with Department, Hospital, Fire/Safety/Disaster, Educational requirements and Personnel Policies.
- Follows the Corporate Compliance Program and maintains confidentiality standard.
- Demonstrates support and adherence to the Mission and Values Statement of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet as an agent of Lourdes Health Network.
- Participates and supports the Continuous Quality Improvement process and provides optimum customer service.
- Is responsible for development and implementation of self-management skills.
