The Client Research Associate plays a pivotal role in supporting our clients’ objectives by coordinating research activities, translating client requests into actionable instructions, and conducting surveys. This position involves participant recruitment, project management, and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and Schedule Research Activities:
    • Collaborate with project teams to schedule stock setup, in-depth interviews, and data collection.
    • Ensure seamless execution of research plans.
  • Translate Client Requests into Detailed Instructions:
    • Interpret client requirements and provide clear instructions to project teams.
    • Foster shared understanding to drive successful outcomes.
  • Design and Deploy Product Surveys:
    • Create surveys to measure consumer engagement with clients’ products.
    • Analyze survey data and provide actionable insights.
  • Participant Recruitment and Screening:
    • Identify suitable screeners and participants.
    • Ensure alignment with research objectives.
  • Lead Research Projects:
    • Direct screeners and participants throughout the research process.
    • Take ownership of projects from start to finish.
  • Project Management:
    • Monitor progress, track deliverables, and address issues.
    • Proactively manage timelines.
  • Record Keeping and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of directions, work orders, and approvals.
    • Document client decisions related to chargeable services.
  • Research Planning and Execution:
    • Take initiative in planning research projects related to sustainability.
    • Conduct research, collect data, and maintain accurate records of findings.
    • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to execute research effectively.
  • Data Collection and Analysis:
    • Gather relevant data on environmental, social, and economic aspects.
    • Analyze data using appropriate methods and tools.
    • Present findings to team members and contribute to reports.
  • Additional Duties:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Social Sciences).
  • Prior experience in market research, sustainability research, or client services is a plus
  • Adaptability, analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for sustainability to contribute to meaningful research and positive impact. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
