Coordinator, Staffing & Supply - FT Days

This role serves at both Fauquier Health & Rehab and The Villa at Suffield Meadows locations. Incumbent will split time as indicated between both locations performing staffing and scheduling functions under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

• Schedules employees to work all shifts and makes daily adjustments to balance staffing with
  census. Appropriately assigns request for days off and utilization of Paid Time Off (PTO). Completes a monthly staffing schedule.
• Compiles information for payroll. Submits data to payroll for bonus pay and overtime.
• Ensures supplies, equipment, and work environment are kept clean, well stocked, and organized at all times. Dispense supplies to all areas and maintains appropriate inventory levels. Achieves and maintains working knowledge of all office equipment, facilitates repairs as appropriate.
• Maintains ongoing communication with supervisor to discuss matters pertinent to centrally
  supply services.

Minimum Education
□ High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience □ Preferred X Required
□ Associates Degree (Materials Management) X Preferred □ Required

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Minimum Work Experience
Preferred: 1 year experience in long term care setting
