The Virginian is recruiting for a culinary focused Gourmet Line Cook to join our team! This positions is responsible for full-scope, hands on production cooking in the Food and Beverage/Culinary Department.
Additionally, this role is responsible for maintaining a superior level of quality service and cleanliness at all times.
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Gourmet Line Cook:

Compensation: $22-$26 an hour with excellent benefits! Sign on bonus maybe available depending on experience.
Schedule: Monday-Friday with some Weekends (Schedule to be determined based on the needs of the department)

- Demonstrate superior knowledge in all areas of cooking preparation and production.
- Represent the community in a warm and inviting manner, which creates a positive marketing environment.
Here a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- High School diploma
- Culinary degree Essential
- Safe Serv certification (preferred)
- Minimum of one year gourmet restaurant/hotel cooking experience
