Wholesale Sales Manager

Our client, a vertically integrated, high-quality cannabis company is seeking a Wholesale Sales Manager to join their team in Missouri. This position will be responsible for helping to grow the wholesale sales of this quickly expanding company that is focused on cultivation, manufacturing, and retail. The ideal candidate is exceeding sales goals year over year in a very competitive market.

** This is a Hybrid role. They are seeking a road warrior to get out in the market and create relationships.**

Relocation assistance is available.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage regional customer service representatives
• Provide sales strategy
• Coordinate with HF marketing coordinator for events for all brands
• Coordinate with third-party buyers - deals, promotions, credits, etc.
• Provide transparency into sales
• Run executive sales meetings
• Meet with buyers - dinners, networking events, etc.

Education and Required Skills:

• 5 + years sales/account management experience preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Proven record of successful wholesale sales.
• Experience building a sales team and hands-on management style
• Experience driving sales in a competitive cannabis market is needed.
• Effective communication skills between vendors, clients/customers, and direct reports.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.

Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 plus full benefits, and commission.
