State-of-the-Art MD/OD practice seeking an Optometrist in Wasilla, AK
A MD/OD private practice, is seeking an optometrist to provide full-scope comprehensive care. This clinic provides a high pathology, patient care environment.
Key highlights of the practice:
- OCTA, Retinal Camera, Visual Field
- Scribe and a Tech provided
- World-class/modern/independent eye care facility
- Full-scope practice
- No nights/weekends/satellites
- Great work-life balance
Responsibilities of the Optometrist (OD):
- Diagnose ocular disease and vision disorders
- Contact Lens & Specialty Lens Fittings
- Perform comprehensive eye health and vision examination
- Up to 25 patients a day
- Work Monday Friday NO Weekends
- Counsel patients regarding their vision needs
Benefits for the Optometrist (OD) position:
- Compensation based upon experience + $10K signing/relocation bonus + Year-end bonus
- 80% of Health Insurance paid, Dental, Malpractice Insurance, CE, 3 weeks PTO first year, Holidays 401-k

Requirements of the Optometrist (OD):
