Title: Regional Director of Operations
Required Experience/Skills:
* Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent
* Current license to practice as an RN/PT/OT/ST or other healthcare professional, specific to the state you're assigned to work.
Preferred:
· Minimum of 3 years healthcare operations experience with strong business development acumen with the ability to identify opportunities for growth
· Previous multi-site homecare operations experience strongly preferred
· Success in strategic planning in driving revenue growth and in the development and execution of market planning
· Outstanding leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members and instill a positive working environment
· Effective organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with all stakeholders

As a Regional Director of Operations, you will:
· Provide leadership and guidance to managers and staff in all operational areas including process and personnel management, sales growth and achieving financial goals.
· Develop annual branch budget, monitor expenditures, and develop and implement strategic plans to achieve regional goals and objectives.
· Analyze gross profit factors, market conditions, business volume/mix, competition and operational costs.
· Partner with Sales counterpart to ensure continued branch growth by expanding new and existing client base.
· Partner with the clinical team to ensure quality deliverables designed to oversee patient intake and inquiries and assess patient needs.
* Use your skills to make an impact on instilling a positive workplace culture, while maintaining office operations in an efficient, productive, effective and organized manner, which provides a safe working environment for employees and meets safety regulations in compliance with the company policies.
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
* Build relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors and community partners.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in addition to regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
· Handles employment decisions for direct report staff, including decisions to hire, terminate, advance, promote or change status.
· Responsible for overall organization and financial management of the company.
· Provides supervision to the clinical manager(s) who ensure the delivery of quality care to patients.
· Maintains the image of the company in the community, as well as state and national organizations.
· Provides input, guidance and feedback related to marketing activities and agency marketing plan to ensure that goals for growth are met.
· Ensures adequate orientation of every team member assigned to their job locations.
· Assigns and directs staff with appropriate skills to perform duties.
· Provides leadership planning for staff education programs, administrative/staff meetings, in services.
· Encourages continuous education and staff development for all team members. Sets positive, attainable expectations, objectives and goals for the company.
· Ensures implementation of a performance improvement program to drive quality care, positive patient outcomes, and address negative trends.
· Responsible for the delivery of care for all patients served by the company by providing supervision and support to the clinical managers.
