Village Green Landscapes is hiring for a Landscape and Snow Plow Manager II for the Brooklyn Park office location.
The Landscape and Snow Plow Manager II position provides day to day leadership for all of their assigned landscape and snow plow/equipment operating crews. They are responsible to ensure all assigned jobs are on track. The have in-depth knowledge regarding landscape and snow contract job portfolio. They model behavior that drives a high performing team.
This is a Full Time, Salaried, Benefit Eligible Position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provides leadership for crews, crew leads, and sub-contractors
  • Manages assigned jobs--This includes ensuring that work order is complete, jobs are assigned, job progress is tracked, and quality completion of projects is assessed.
  • Provides in field support and work direction
  • Ensures team has the resources and tools needed to complete their projects
  • Provides mentorship, training, and support to their crews/
  • Provides performance feedback to employee when concerns arise.
  • Meets timelines and quality standards for all deliverables including job reporting.
  • Manages tool and equipment needs and operation.
  • Demonstrates leadership skills that drive a high performing team
  • Provides excellent customer service.
  • Works collaboratively with the team and company leadership.
  • Demonstrates timely and effective communication- verbal, non-verbal, and written.
  • Demonstrates high quality decision making in a fast paced and quickly evolving environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of landscape and/or commercial snow experience
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Valid DOT card or ability to obtain one
  • Must be able to pass a pre- employment drug test
