Job Summary

• The Surgical Technician Apprentice will perform surgical technician and sterile processing duties while studying toward certification, within limits of current training and competency. 
• The Surgical Technician Apprentice will assist other members of the health care team in the delivery of patient care during surgical procedures.

Education and/or Experience

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Previous healthcare experience is preferred.

Work Schedule

• Monday - Friday; 80 hours every 2 weeks
  • Occasional weekend (by rotation)
  • Occasional holiday (by rotation)
  • Occasional call time (by rotation)
