Night (United States of America)The Rapid Response Nurse serves as an off shift clinical expert for all direct care providers, under the direction of the nursing supervisor. As part of the off shift clinical resource team, the primary responsibility of this role is providing in the moment clinical care and/or coaching to direct care providers. Other responsibilities, to be completed as time allows, include ensuring regulatory readiness, supporting and educating around practice changes, gathering performance/quality data and utilizing evidence based data and clinical inquiry to guide staff.

The Rapid Response nurse must possess strong problem solving skills, organizational skills, make effective use of team resources and have ability to engage with staff, patients, families and clinical leadership.

Education/Experience: ICU and/or Emergency Room Experience Required

Certifications/License: Mass RN license
