Director of Rehab - DOR Willmar, MN - New Grads Welcome

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking experienced Directors of Rehab for a permanent role with a local client where you'll coordinate rehabilitation services for patients at facilities nationwide. Key responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, developing therapy strategies, evaluating patient care, and cultivating relationships with college of health-related professions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must currently be a licensed COTA, OT, PTA, PT, or SLP
• The Director of Rehabilitation Services must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy
• Valid state special education certificate (as required).
