Position Purpose: Facilitate, coordinate and supervise all components of RCI Mental Health Housing Programs. Provide and monitor continuity of program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards. Participate as a team member in the delivery of mental health treatment and related services to clients and their families and facilitate recovery into their daily living. 

Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related field and four years’ experience in behavioral health services or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Minimum of two years direct supervisory experience
  • Adequate written skills to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames prescribed
  • LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT strongly preferred, and eligibility required.

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Work hours prescribed by the Dir of MH Services and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned.
  2. Supervision for all Mental Health Housing program services offered by the agency.
  3. Supervise the Supervised Residential House Managers including orientation, training, regular supervisory meetings and/or feedback, scheduled evaluations and disciplinary interventions as required.
  4. Serve as a liaison with referral sources, agencies and community groups in providing networking, linkage and follow-up to facilitate the delivery of services for participants.
  5. Consult with Dir of MH Services to develop policies, goals, objectives and procedures for all Mental Health housing programs.
  6. Ensure all State Regulations and Rosecrance Policy and Procedures are maintained. Complete all necessary monthly and quarterly reports by appropriate time lines.
  7. Monitor and maintain compliance with all applicable DOC, DMH, and TJC regulatory and accreditation standards.
  8. Review and evaluate incidents within the programs.
  9. Represent agency as a speaker to outside organizations.
  10. Ensure that client service records are maintained consistent with TJC, DMH, DOC and DCFS regulations.
  11. Submit written program evaluation reports for all Mental Health housing services.
  12. Ensure that Mental Health homes operate within the established budget guidelines.
  13. Oversee maintenance of physical plants and vehicles.
  14. Serve as a liaison with community referral sources and the recovering community.
  15. Serve as a member of the Mental Health and Substance Abuse recovery home team and participate in team meetings and activities.
  16. Available 24 hours a day in case of emergencies.
  17. Understand and comply with all of the principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
  18. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
  19. Serve as a role model for other staff, clients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance.
  20. Assume other related responsibilities as assigned by management.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5PM 

Pay: Dependent on education, experience, and credentials
