Job Responsibilities - Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure functionality and efficiency. - Diagnose mechanical issues and repair malfunctioning equipment and systems. - Conduct inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues such as electrical problems or plumbing malfunctions. - Keep accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and inspections. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes during maintenance operations. - Collaborate with other technical staff and external contractors when necessary. - Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively. - Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed. - Order and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts. - Recommend upgrades and improvements for better operation and reliability. - Participate in ongoing technical education and training to remain current with industry standards and new technologies. - Assist with the setup and takedown of equipment for events or functions, as required. - Implement preventative maintenance measures to minimize equipment downtime and extend lifespan. - Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, refrigeration, and other climate control systems. - Coordinate with management to  maintenance activities with minimal disruption to business operations.



Job Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent technical certification - 2+ years of experience in maintenance work, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting - Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems - Proficiency with hand and power tools - Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders - Experience with troubleshooting and repairing machinery and equipment - Basic computer skills for record keeping and reporting - Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations (OSHA) - Excellent problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various positions, including standing, kneeling, and climbing ladders - Availability for on-call work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
