Hello, this is Holden, Operations Manager, from Little Masa Collegetown.

We are searching for a full-time prep cook to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing
• Prepare meat, vegetables, sauces, and mixes
• Label, stock, and inventory deliveries
• Assist line cooks to maintain stock during busy service
• Maintain cleanliness of Back of House (BOH) tools and stations

Qualifications

• Experience with the demands of professional food preparation
• Own a sharp knife or know how to sharpen a knife
• Attention to detail and organization
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
• Ability to push oneself to work quickly, efficiently, and clean
• Aspirations to learn new skills such as stir-fry, tempura fry, and sushi

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $13.00 - $15.00/hour.
