What We Seek:
- 3+ years of proven leadership experience in a senior management role (KM or higher) in a restaurant/entertainment setting.
- High-volume experience required ($3M+/year in volume).
- Thorough understanding of P&L, food cost, labor cost, and waste controls.
- Stickler for food safety and health standards.
- Collaborative personality and works well with FOH/BOH
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
- Availability to work days, nights, and weekends as needed.
