  • Collaborate with sales and senior management when necessary to facilitate the collection process.

  • Provide excellent customer service regarding collection issues.
  • Resolve client questions and discrepancies.

3. Dispute Resolution

  • Reconcile customer disputes related to payments of outstanding balances.

4. Issue Identification

  • Identify and report issues as needed.
