Responsibilities:

Global HR Director:

Radiant is a global company with offices in the US, Canada, India and Singapore. As a Global HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our “people strategy”, growing and developing our talent pool, and ensuring a consistent and exceptional employee experience.

The Global HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all human resources activities across our global operations. As a strategic leader, you will drive HR policies and programs, promote employee engagement, lead talent development, and ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

HR Strategy and Leadership

· Collaborate with senior leadership to establish a cohesive global HR strategy that supports business objectives, fosters employee engagement, delivers a consistent employee experience, and promotes a high-performance culture.

· Lead a team of regional HR resources to develop and implement HR policies and programs across the organization, taking into account regional requirements and local laws.

· Design, implement and monitor HR processes to ensure a consistent employee-centric experience across all touchpoints, including recruiting, onboarding, training, compensation management, and career development.

· Act as a point of escalation for complex employee relations matters and provide guidance to local HR teams. Facilitate the resolution of conflicts and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

· Take a data-driven approach across all HR initiatives. Develop metrics and analytics to deliver insights regarding the impact of ongoing programs, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making.

Workforce Development

· Drive talent management practices, succession planning, and career development programs across the organization.

· Design and implement performance management systems and processes to support employee growth and development. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.

· Design and implement structured, metrics-driven training and skill development programs to ensure our workforce continually develops market-critical capabilities.

Talent Acquisition

· Develop and maintain competitive and fair compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent. Ensure compliance with local regulations and market practices.

· Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, including recruitment programs focused on identifying up and coming talent, passive candidates, and workers with critical skills required to deliver on our consulting engagements.

Engagement and Retention

· Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention; for example, implementing employee recognition programs, employee feedback systems, and action plans to continuously improve the employee experience.

Compliance and Risk Management

· Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with local laws and regulations while ensuring consistency and alignment with the company's values and global standards.

· Ensure compliance with local employment laws, regulations, and reporting requirements across all regions.

· Stay up-to-date with changes in labor legislation and advise the organization on necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

· 8+ years of progressive HR management experience.

· Proven experience as an HR manager in a global or multinational organization.

· Strong knowledge of international employment laws and regulations in the US, India, Singapore, Canada and other regions.

· Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

· Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
