Restaurant Sous Chef

We are seeking a Restaurant Sous Chef to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the hiring of cooks, prep cooks and dishwashers with Executive Chef
• Guest food quality through maintenance and oversight of Client's Culinary Standards
• Ensure proper Training of cooks, prep cooks and dishwashers with Sous Chef
• Review weekly schedules with Sous Chef
• Weekly food quality related pre-shift topics presented to management team in weekly meeting

Qualifications:

• 2+ years as Sous Chef in a Full-Service restaurant w/ Bar (Polished Casual Dining)
• Upscale Casual Dining / Full-Service Restaurant w/ Bar management experience REQUIRED
