About the Role:
As a Customer Experience Services Sr. Consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing voice call flow traffic across various trunk groups connecting to Avaya products and other telecommunication platforms. You'll be involved in migrating call flows to more efficient SIP peering connections and ensuring seamless communication within our network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, manage, and maintain voice call flow traffic across multiple trunk groups.
- Connect and integrate with Avaya products and other telecommunication platforms.
- Implement SIP peering connections for improved call routing and efficiency.
- Analyze and optimize call flow using AAR/ARS Analysis/Conversion tables and Route Patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
- Train and mentor junior team members on network management best practices.
Requirements:
- Top Secret Clearance with full scope polygraph.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications or related field.
- Proficiency in Avaya CM implementation and service-related work.
- Strong technical knowledge of Avaya's product portfolio.
- Experience with SIP peering connections and call flow optimization.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
