Position Overview:
As a Salesperson at Full Throttle, you will be responsible for assisting customers in purchasing motorcycles and related products. You will play a vital role in promoting our dealership, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for motorcycles and a knack for sales.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, building strong relationships to understand their needs and preferences.
2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Full Throttle's motorcycle inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing, to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
3. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
4. Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including online inquiries, walk-ins, referrals, and participation in marketing events.
5. Product Demonstrations: Conduct effective product demonstrations, test rides, and presentations to highlight the features and benefits of motorcycles, ensuring a memorable experience for customers.
6. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, financing, and trade-in values, using persuasive skills to close sales and complete necessary paperwork accurately.
7. Follow-Up and After-Sales Support: Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and provide information on additional services, accessories, and maintenance options.
8. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in motorcycle technology to provide informed advice to customers and remain competitive in the market.
9. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including customer interactions, leads, conversions, and sales forecasts.
10. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues, including other salespersons, finance and insurance personnel, service technicians, and management, to create a seamless and exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications:
1. Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
2. Motorcycle Enthusiast: A genuine passion for motorcycles, knowledge of different motorcycle brands, models, and performance characteristics.
3. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively and articulate product features and benefits.
